I’m desperate! My charge 2 suddenly stopped syncing with my iPhone 6.
I have read to delete the app on my phone and reinstate it but I’m worried I’m going to loose all my data from the last 18 months.
And there’s a lot of advice but nothing I can find has been helpful in telling me how to get it to sync again with out loosing that data , is this possible ?
can someone help me please 🙏

Your data is safe as it's all stored on the fitbit servers rather than on the fitbit itself.
The usual things to try when you get syncing issues are:
The restart of the fitbit is a good place to start as it often works and is totally safe.
