Charge 2 won't sync with app

My app shows last synced at 710pm last night and won't sync at all this morning

If your tracker is not syncing correctly, I would like to suggest the following:

 

  1. Restart your tracker
  2. Restart your phone
  3. Turn off the Bluetooth on your phone for 15 seconds and turn it back in.
  4. Make sure there are no other Bluetooth devices around that might interfere with the syncing process.

If it's still not syncing, my recommendation would be setting up your tracker as a new device to reset the connection between the tracker and your phone. Don't worry, the information already stored in your account won't get deleted. 

 

To set up your tracker as a new device:

  1. Open the Fitbit app and tap on the Account tab at the bottom of the screen, then tap on "Set up a New Device"
  2. Choose your tracker and follow the onscreen instructions to continue
  3. When the app asks you to replace your current tracker, please replace it and continue with the process.
