It’s driving me mad that one minute it’s paired with my phone then the next it’s not, more not, I’ve deleted the app I’ve removed everything from phone and iPad still dosent work, I don’t know what else to do maybe I should get a refund

Here it is 2020 and charge3 still doesn’t sync with iPad. Gave up my charge2 for this new one and now I am disappointed. Also does not get emails or messages. May have to change to an Apple watch.
I regret buying a fitbit. I’m going to retire it and get an Apple Watch. If you have an iPhone, get the Apple Watch. Fitbit doesn’t work with Apple products. It’s too frustrating. Never pairs, never stays paired. Just not worh the effort.
