Hi!
I have been unable to get message alerts from signal to me charge 3. I have tried everything on the help center and also changed all the notification settings in my phone. Texts come through just fine, just not signal. Any ideas?

@Veronicafit Welcome to the Community Forums.
Thanks for the details shared in your post and for the troubleshooting tried prior posting. If you haven't tried, I suggest doing the following in order:
- Make sure the Fitbit app is updated. For instructions, see How do I use the Fitbit app?
- Open the Fitbit app and tap the Today tab → your profile picture.
- Tap your device image → Notifications → Tap App Notifications and find signal app and turn off the option
- Restart your Charge 3. See How do I restart my Fitbit device?
- Sync your tracker and then go back to the app notifications page and turn on the signal app notifications
