Recently no text messages are appearing on my charge 3 and no phone call alerts

I’m sorry your not receiving your notifications at this time. Currently notifications are an issue being addressed by the Fitbit Team. Please view this thread here for more information: https://community.fitbit.com/t5/iOS-App/Stopped-seeing-notifications-after-updating-to-iOS-13/td-p/3...

Pay special attention to page one of that thread and follow all the steps very carefully. If you’re still experiencing issues after carefully performing the steps provided then please keep an eye on that thread.

😃 If any further updates or information become available it will be posted there. Hopefully the posted steps will have you up and running again.
