I’ve been trying to reach customer service, they keep having “issues” and cannot connect. My IPhone 7 (updated) will show on my Charge 3 when it rings but no texts. Very frustrating, any ideas?

Hi @Ranita. Welcome on board. It's good to see a new face around.
Thanks for trying to get in touch with our Support team. I'm sorry that you're not able to connect your Charge 3 and receive text notifications. Before anything else, let's try the following steps to get your tracker syncing correctly with the Fitbit app:
- Remove your Charge 3 and any other device from the Bluetooth settings.
- Turn off other Bluetooth connections that are nearby.
- If you use more than one device to sync, make sure to remove your tracker from that device's Bluetooth and take it to another room.
- Verify if the Fitbit app is updated to the latest version.
- Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
- Restart your tracker.
- Open the Fitbit app, tap on your profile picture > Set Up a Device.
- Choose your Charge 3 and follow the onscreen instructions.
Once your tracker is connected with the Fitbit app, please take a look to this thread and give a try to the tips described there so you can get text notifications from your iPhone 7.
