I have and iPhone 6s and my Fitbit charger 3 doesn’t want to contact to my phone at all and tried so many things and still nothing. Could somebody please help me

@Oli07102002, welcome! It's nice to have you on board! Sorry for the delay in my reply.

Let me help you with your Charge 3 not syncing with your phone. You can try the following:

  • Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  • Restart your phone and restart your device. 
  • You can find additional suggestions here.
