Started two days ago just stopped randomly syncing with my IPhone. Sometimes it will and other times it won’t the red line will go across the top of the app and it will say not syncing. I will try 3 or 4 times no joy try again maybe an hour later and it will work. Any ideas??

If you're on iOS 13 or higher, I recommend doing the following:
- Open Settings app on phone
- Scroll down, tap Fitbit -> Toggle Location to 'Always'
- Ensure toggles next to Bluetooth and Background App Refresh are turned "On"
