I've had my charge 4 since Sep 20', everything worked (sync) well until this morning. The time is off and I cannot get it to sync with my iphone. I've shut down the iphone and the charge 4 is not picking up on bluetooth. I followed the online directions to shut down the fitbit but I was unable as the fitbit did not reboot. Any idea what I could do next will be much appreciated.
