Charge HR and iPhone App show different data than Dashboard

I've noticed that my charge HR device and Fitbit iPhone app do not show the same step count as my dashboard.

Right now, both my charge HR and iPhone app show 7,284 steps, but the dashboard only shows 4,213 steps (and yes I have synced it).

Also, every day I get over 5,000 steps, however the next day when I look at the previous day, it shows a much lower step count than was actually earned.

I am in a group step challenge at work, and they obtain the step count from the fitbit dashboard, so my counts are being reported much lower than they actually are.

I have the same problem. Did you find a solution? Did anyone ever respond to you?

I have the same problem with heart rate data.  On charge 3 it shows a much higher heart rate.  When I download it lowers all heart rate data by a substantial amount.    This with your incorrect step data shows a fundamental problem with the way the apps software.
