How to stop continuous sync?

Hello @cantstep, have a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community!
If your tracker seems to be syncing contstantly, it's possible the All-day feature is enabled on your app. To disable it:
Please remember that if Bluetooth is turned on on your phone, everytime you open the Fitbit app your tracker will begin syncing.
I hope this can be helpful, in case you need anything else, feel free to reply!

I have all day sync turned off and it is still syncing each time I open the app. Is there another way to stop the syncing?

Have the same problem with Alta HR. My battery only lasts 4 hrs. Green light stays on. Have tried everything. The location specified in the app to turn off all day sync does not exist!

Under my account, then the name of my tracker, there is no information about continuous sync. I know it syncs continuously, and it tells me the last time it did it, which is always "1 minute ago", but there is no option to change it in any way! I can't keep it from going down in power 1% every minute! In a few hours it goes from fully charged to nothing.
I have an Inspire HR.

I have this exact same problem. Constant syncing, battery now drains super quick, and I can’t find the option to turn off all day syncing. Can we get some help?

I found that if you’re in Fitbit through a web browser, there is no option to turn off all-day sync. You must access your account through an app in your phone. An app, not a web browser. If you leave the Fitbit app on in any browser, it will still sync so close the app when done. I don’t know how having Bluetooth running so you can see text messages affects syncing too often but I would guess it does.
