I worked it out yesterday. Remove the device from the app memory, then Delete the app from your phone, then remove the charge 2 from your Bluetooth memory and then reload everything back on your phone like you would a new purchase. That worked for me in the end

Isn't the problem of apple 13.4.1 The real problem is the fitbit app v3.18

Have tried connecting on three apple devices  phones and iPad all on iOS 13.4.1. None work. Have tried all the remedies suggested here none have been successful.

Have access to another Apple phone using iOS 13.3.1 and able to connect to Charge 3 perfectly

Come on Apple and Fitbit get it sorted

Based on suggestion have deleted Charge 3 from Bluetooth and tried to connect. It connected on IPhone but then disappeared.  Would not connect on iPad at all.

Just about given up trying to connect. I am using iOS 13.4.1 on a iPhone 8 and Fitbit app version 3.20.1 on the Charge 3. Have also tried to connect the same Charge 3 to iPhone XS Max using iOS 13.4.1
It will not connect to that phone either nor iPads using iOS 13.4.1. Worked perfectly well before updating to latest version of iOS.

Have tried all the suggested remedies suggested in the forum and none have worked. Giving up.

IOS 13.4.1 and Charge 3 are definitely incompatible.  Fortunately I can sync with the app on my ancient ipad.

That’s where I updated mine too. I also did not do the last update on my ancient iPad.

Same issue. Can't find a way to fix it. I have a work phone that's still on 13.3.1 and I have no problems syncing. I'm not going to update that one!

That’s very interesting.... I have an old iPhone 7 which I had kept in at drawer’ iOS 12.4.6... tried connecting Fitbit and it works ... so have decided to use it for my Fitbit data... I might get on to Apple as I have friends who have had phones updated to the above IOS and they have no problem. Thank you for reverting . Geraldine

I have a charge 3 and updated to iOS 13.4 yesterday. The fitbit will no longer sync. I have been on the fitbit help chatline twice today. First time the guy took me through the process you describe and it worked for a while. Then stopped again. Second chat resulted in an admission from fitbit that there is an issue which will not be resolved until they release a new issue of the fitbit app. Meanwhile my fitbit is useless!
