I worked it out yesterday. Remove the device from the app memory, then Delete the app from your phone, then remove the charge 2 from your Bluetooth memory and then reload everything back on your phone like you would a new purchase. That worked for me in the end

Thank you. That worked 🙂
And you have to do this mutiple times a day and would be happy as it works for 5 minutes. Really garbage
Have tried connecting on three apple devices phones and iPad all on iOS 13.4.1. None work. Have tried all the remedies suggested here none have been successful.
Have access to another Apple phone using iOS 13.3.1 and able to connect to Charge 3 perfectly
Come on Apple and Fitbit get it sorted
Thank you 😊
I had been trying all morning deleting reloading app etc but hadn’t taken it out of Bluetooth memory ... that did the trick
Best AnswerBased on suggestion have deleted Charge 3 from Bluetooth and tried to connect. It connected on IPhone but then disappeared. Would not connect on iPad at all.
Best AnswerI did this yesterday. Worked for about a day. Now I have the same issue again.

Best AnswerI have a charge 3 and updated to iOS 13.4 yesterday. The fitbit will no longer sync. I have been on the fitbit help chatline twice today. First time the guy took me through the process you describe and it worked for a while. Then stopped again. Second chat resulted in an admission from fitbit that there is an issue which will not be resolved until they release a new issue of the fitbit app. Meanwhile my fitbit is useless!
