HR panel in the app. For months it does not show "live" HR. Only shows my resting HR. The Fitbit itself is showing a heart rate so I know it's recording it. It's just not showing "live" which is annoying so o can’t see if my HR is too high etc. Worked in the past. The step counter updates 'live' as I walk so it seems like communication is happening. I have an iPhone and IOS app. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi @Wrein you say that your Alta HR is not showing live data, correct?
Then I read that the Fitbit (I assume the Inspire HR) shows heart rate.
The post is in the Android board so I will move it to the ios .
Your Inspire will only transmit data while it sees movement, so I'm not sure if this is an app or Alta HR problem.
Have you restarted the Alta HR yet?

@Wrein: Sounds like you have the same bug that many others have; see for example https://community.fitbit.com/t5/iOS-App/Current-heart-rate-not-being-displayed-in-iOS-app/td-p/43275... .
A quick temporary fix: In the App go to your Account, select your device (Alta HR). Scroll down until you see 'All Day Sync'. Turn it off; then turn it on again. That always seems to work for anywhere between an hour or 8 hours; but it just takes a second to do, so it's not unbearable; merely infuriating.
Hope That Helps!
