Charge HR is not connecting to the app. Help

I am trying to set up and connect my new ChargeHR. I have made an account, connected my email, downloaded the app. My device is recognizing my Fitbit and is giving me the code to enter and connect. That's as far as I am getting and I keep getting an error message everytime!

When entering the 4-digit code, what does the error message says? Also, have you tried restarting your tracker lately? If so, I would like to suggest the following:

 

  • Restart your phone as well.
  • Plug in your tracker and make sure it's charging before settting it up
  • Make sure no other Bluetooth devices are around as their signal might interfere with the process.

If your tracker is still not setting up, please check @MarreFitbit's instructions in how to set up your tracker using a computer and the USB dongle included with your Charge HR.
