Charge HR is not pairing with iPhone

I just received the HR and I'm trying to set it up. I have anything completed except where I turn on the all day sync and receive phone call info. When I try I get a message saying Bluetooth paring failed. And that's it. I can sync the HR to my phone but it won't pair with my phone.

You don't pair it via the phone's bluetooth settings. You just enable notifications in the app settings and it will pair.
