I have 3 Fitbit Charge Hr's and one does not hold a charge and has a very bad sync with IOS. I called customer support and they keep giving troubleshooting ideas. I have had this for 7 months and my daughter has only been able to use it minimally. today customer support has told me to delete from the phone and pair it again. unfortunately, the Fitbit won't charge so I cannot complete their task.

Hello @toddm6, thanks for joining us, it's great to have you on board.
If your tracker doesn't seem to be charging, please try restarting it and leave it plugged in for 30 minutes, then press the button to see if it's now charging. Additionally, plug in the charging cable on a different USB port and try cleaning the contacts on both tracker and charging cable.
If after trying these steps your tracker is still not charging, my best recommendation would be contacting our Support Team once again, let them know about the steps you've performed so far, I'm sure they will be more than happy to get you back on track.
I hope this can be helpful, in case you need anything else, feel free to reply!
