Hi, my Charge HR is not syncing for one week. I already tried to reboot tracker and iphone 6 plus but did not resolve. could you help me with that? mine is only two months old.

Welcome to the Community @xiaorabbit. Thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself. If your tracker is not syncing, I recommend following our syncing troubleshoot. After these steps your tracker should work properly.
