My Charge HR died over night last week and I have not been able to sync it to my phone since. I followed the many trouble shooting methods including deleting the device from my app and reinstalling it. Now it won’t even connect to my device when I try to reinstall. While trying to connect it will connect and show the numbers on my Fitbit and when I enter them on my phone it continues to say “connecting to Fitbit” with no progress at all. Help please!
