I got a refurbished Charge HR to replace the Charge HR I had NO PROBLEMS with until the little button fell off that allows me to stop alarms and start/stop my workout timing.. I have an I-phone 6s and my laptop with which the new HR was syncing just fine for about a week. Now it stopped. I checked the help forums and found an entry that said they were having a known problem with the Charge HR syncing and were working on it. Try restarting the monitor or sync using your laoptop/dongle. I restarted it and it seemed to sync again. then a couple of days later it is NOT syncing again. I re-started it this morning, but it is still not syncing. Now I got on my laptop. - not syncing. I don't want to lose my workouts if I can help it. FIRST - how can I get it to sync again? and SECOND, how long will the band itself save data before you have to sync or LOSE data?

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @yeacupsmom! I'd verify if you've followed these syncing troubleshoots. Make sure that there isn't another bluetooth device that may be creating interference during the process.Setting up your tracker as a new device may also help you to bring it back to sync as usual. Also, make sure that your tracker is running the latest software version and your mobile device the latest version of the Fitbit app for iOs or Android device.
Hope this helps. Let me know the outcome.
