Charges 4 and 5 not working properly

Since the new app, my charge 4 and hubby’s charge 5 are not working properly. The time is not keeping accurately, the screen won’t come on when tapped, we’ve both had to reset our watches several times. The batteries are draining quickly and the app is no longer useful. We are long time users (15+ Years) and have really enjoyed the Fitbit products until now. They are no longer dependable, totally aggravating and are basically useless. It’s sad but I think we will be going back to our regular watches. It was fun while it lasted
