Cheers in challenges are disappearing.

Is anyone having problems in the challenges I cheer for people and and the cheers disappear?  Not sure how to fix this

I'm having the same problem! Cheers disappear after seconds of sending them in the group chat section of weekly challenges. Very frustrating.

I think it's actually getting worse for me. It used to be the occasional in challenge cheer that didn't work but now it seems like most of them don't work.

Happening to me too. Always update to latest iPhone 6 and Fitbit updates. What is Fitbit doing?

I'm getting the same as well and it's also getting worse as time goes on. I am having to apologies to people in challenges I have started for not cheering anyone 🙁

This happens to me all the time and is incredibly frustrating (i've mostly stopped doing challenges because of it. the point of the challenges is to encourage each other to be more active... if fitbit can't support that very basic function... ) I've also had other fitbit friends tell me they have the same issue so it seems to be quite widespread.

my fitbit app was updated on March 8, 2017 (version 2.33.1 for my iPhone 6 Plus, with iOS 10.2.1)... 

I had this problem before the last update and after

I find I'm not cheering people as much any more in challenges. Seems pointless when hardly any work.
