Hi everyone.
Thanks for your continued feedback about this situation. While our team continues working to get this resolved, I'd recommend logging into your fitbit.com dashboard to change the clock face of your Fitbit device. Please make sure to sync with the Fitbit app so the changes can be applied to your Fitbit device. I truly appreciate your patience and your feedback will be passed along to keep our team informed of this situation.
@Onstat It seems you're having a different issue with your Blaze which is displaying a battery symbol. If you haven't done so, try restarting your tracker to refresh its performance. You can always get in touch with our Support team if the issue persists, so they can provide you with further assistance. Click here to get connected with them via chat or phone.

I think it's ridiculous that you can't go your app to change the clock face. It must be a software issue and needs to be fixed. The last time I charged my Charge 2, somehow the clock face I was using changed back to the default clock face. Get with the program, Fitbit!

Just finished " chatting with Fitbit regarding the "Change clock face" being blank, whereby not being able to change the clock face on Charge 2. I received several lame excuses
1.) Fitbit seems to be having "issues" on the "older model" watches. Well, that's interesting because I just bought a new Charge 2, due to the fact that I didn't want the cheap black base, I wanted the stainless. So in essence they're still selling the "older models."
2.) Fitbit is aware of the issue and trying to correct it. As far as I can see, this has be going on for at least 6 months!
3.) I should watch for the next update. When asked when that might be, my question was ignored and Fitbit ended my chat.
On that "unprofessional" note, since I've not used my new Charge 2, I'm going to return it and purchase an Apple watch🙂

Sign in to fitbit.com on a desktop pc or chromebook or ipad. The layout is not unlike the app. Click on your device and then clock face, you will see the clock faces are there and available to select. Unlike the app where they currently do not exist.
select the clock face you require and then try to resync your fitbit to see if you have successfully changed the clock face. Works for some but not for me.
let us know how you get on. Time the app was fixed.

I have an older Charge 2 and just purchased a new Charge 2, and I find out that I can't change the clock face? What I find very strange is when I recharged my Charge 2 that had the analog clock face, all off a sudden changed to the default clock face. According to Fitbit, they're "aware of the issue." They've stated this this past spring. We are now going into the fall and this "issue" remains just that, an issue that has not been addressed and/or corrected. There's no excuse for this. This is substandard and not acceptable.

I have the same issue, the fitbit went flat and when I recharge I have this small numbers for the clock, I'm not happy and think I might just go with a different brand.

This answer it's ridiculous! On your main page that shows what Fitbit's you own, you click on the watch you want to make changes. The next page, several lines down it says "CLOCK FACE" When you click that, it USED to display a number of different clock faces, of which one was an analog display. I had that on my older Charge 2. All of a sudden, recently one day while recharging my Charge, it automatically changed back to the default face. I have a new Charge 2 and I can't customize the clock face. Fitbit claims to be aware of the "issue" MONTHS AGO, Yet have done nothing. SERIOUSLY???

Bless you! This worked! 10/9/21...
I was logged in to desktop version, but couldn’t get to this settings page. Clock face fixed. Now, if they could only fix the app issue...

There was an update last night that returned the clock faces, did you all notice it or try to update?

You should be good now, it appears as the app is updated you can now do it from your watch like it’s supposed to.

Try it out now. Seems they updated the app and the clocks are now available on the watch.

Hi everyone.
Thanks for everything you've done to work on this situation. I'm glad to announce that this issue has been resolved with iOS app version 3.49 and now you're able to changing the clock face of your Fitbit device correctly. If you haven't done so, go to the App store and make sure the Fitbit app is updated.
