The zero on my clock face is not appearing properly. It is little dots making a zero rather than being an actual zero. Anyone else having this issue? Thanks

@NicT  Do you by chance have an Alta?  If so, that is not a defect, it is the way it was designed to be after the last update.

 

From what I understand, you can either change it to 24hr time or the horizontal view to change this.  (I don't have an Alta, so I am not 100% sure on this part)

Hi, thanks for that. Yes I do have an alta. I did wonder. It has changed a few times from the updated version to the old. Thanks.

@NicT The dotted 0 is associated with the latest Alta firmware update.

 

If it's something that you would like changed, I'd recommend voting and commenting on this feature request to express your demand. Top-voted feature requests get relayed to our product development team for consideration.

@Kmransom123 From what I've seen the Alta's display has the dotted 0 for just the vertical display only. Click here for more information.
