My HR inspire won’t stay connected to my iPhone 6s or my kindle tried uninstalling the app. and removing device from app, was working on and off but has stopped connecting altogether. HR is a new device bought for Christmas. Anybody any ideas

Hi @margmac  the Amazon Kindle isn't compatible with the Fitbit app. You might get some parts of it to function, but as it's not compatible, you can't count on it. Here is a list of compatible devices to view -  list of compatible devices click to see
