On my iPhone 8 Plus yesterday I updated my Fitbit App and since then, when I click on 'Benchmark' under 'Sleep duration', the whole Fitbit App closes down. App version 4.41 (44135015).
How do I get 'Benchmark' back please?

@DavidRP First, sync your Fitbit, just to make sure you don't lose data. Then delete the Fitbit app and re-download it. I have the same version and mine isn't crashing when I tap on Benchmark.

Best Answer@Mjcope I moved your post to the iOS app forum, a better fit for this issue. I have v 4.41 and don't have this issue. Try deleting, then re-downloading the Fitbit app.

Best AnswerSame, suddenly started happening a few days ago, reinstalling/updating doesn't fix it.
I assume it's just google messing about with stuff & are going to force us to subscribe to premium for this data.
Same problem here. Have tried everything. I’m sure it was that last update. Has anyone gotten a response from Fitbit support others than “restart/redownload/blah blah blah” ?
This has started to happen on mine. I have only just moved over to Google. This is on an iPhone 8 Plus (all updated to the latest version I can get) with the latest version of the Fitbit App.
This just started for me a few days ago. I switched my account to google just before this issue started. I have a Versa 4 and premium. I know someone who uses an old charge 2, doesn’t have premium, and his account has been on google for several months. His is fine.
I’m also having the same problem after the last Fitbit update. I’m using an iPhone 8 on iOS 16.7.11. Everything is up to date and I’ve deleted and reinstalled with no charge. The app crashes when you click on the sleep benchmark or 30 day buttons.
My theory that google are slowly making the Fitbit brand unusable seems to be becoming true. I’ve been using Fitbit for a decade and this is my third or fourth device. I won’t bother with another.
Hi. On my iPhone 8+ (iOS 16) starting this week, my Sleep Stages info displays okay. But if I click on Benchmark or on 30-Day Average, instead of displaying info, the app closes. I’m running Fitbit app version 4.42. And yes, iOS 17.7.11 is the latest iOS for my phone. I already tried deleting the app and reinstalling it.
For about a week now, whenever I click on the benchmark button in the app, the app just closes. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app and updated the app but still it won’t open, it just takes you out of the app, using an iPhone.
