On my iPhone 8 Plus yesterday I updated my Fitbit App and since then, when I click on 'Benchmark' under 'Sleep duration', the whole Fitbit App closes down. App version 4.41 (44135015).
How do I get 'Benchmark' back please?

Me too, same set up as yours. This absolutely coincided with the new app so I’m assuming FB will fix in the next release. Uninstalling and reinstalling the app doesn’t work as many others have commented. Come on FB sort it out and do some better testing next time you bring out a new app version

Please, Fitbit folks, fix for iPhones. Thanks.

4.41 wasn’t an issue — no problem with checking benchmark or 30 day average until the 4.42 update….and deleting then reinstalling did NOT fix it.

I have an iPhone 8 as up to date as I can get. My Fitbit is 4.42 and I have not migrated to Google yet. I think it’s the Fitbit update to 4.42 that’s causing all the trouble.

Is happening on my Ipad, happened before app updated. I have app on an android phone and works with no issues. Fitbit IOS issue. Fitbit will blame apple and apple will blame fitbit. Awe as customers lose out eitherway

I’m having the same issue on my iOS and doing all those things that were mentioned is not fixing the problem. Where is the Fitbit iOS forum? Thank you

FWIW this problem has suddenly resolved itself - I've done nothing at all, exactly the same version/iOS as before, it just... started working again.

I have been having the same issue, tried reinstalling Fitbit that did not work. Tried finally linking to google that did not help either. It started about a week ago. I check those features daily and they are very helpful!
