Why does my husband have a pic of a bottle in the water tile and I have pics of 8 cups? How do I get the bottle?

both updated app and we both have blaze.

Which phone do you currently have? Which OS version is your phone running? This seems very odd but I would appreciate if you could reply to me with a screenshot of the water tile you're seeing in the Dashboard so I can check this further.
