Daily step total on profile incorrect

The daily step total on profile page is displaying incorrectly. I average around 12-14000 steps a day it is displaying 96000+ per day

I am sorry to hear your daily step total on profile page is displaying incorrectly. I appreciate the additional details and I am here to help. I recommend doing the following:

 

  1. Log out from the Fitbit app.
  2. Force quit the Fitbit app. 
  3. Reboot your phone.
  4. Open the Fitbit app and log back in to your account.

If the issue persists, please take a screenshot of that and attach it in your reply.
