My Alta HR iOS app updated last night. Now all I get when I try to check it is a message that says it is no longer compatible with my Alta HR. It has a button to choose update my HR, but it ends up just back at the app which has already been updated. Can’t get it to update sleep data from last night without going through the same do loop. Any suggestions? Fitbit help wait time is untenable.

Some have reported that restarting the tracker has helped.

Thanks for your suggestion, but after about 3 hours, it resolved itself. Don’t know why it took so long, but nothing works the same right now!
