Dashboard disappeared

It started as my steps turned to calories and all my previous days were gone. I tried to change my main goal and it still remained calories even though steps were check marked. I then deleted the app turned my phone off and the. Reinstalled the app, now my whole dashboard is gone, my challenges, my posts, my friends, my messages. My notifications are still there and my hints/positive tips at the top. Please help I was in the middle of workweek hustles!!!

I am sorry to hear your dashboard disappeared. Thank you for trying to resolve this and providing the additional details. I totally understand how you are feeling and I am here to help. If you continue experiencing difficulties, I recommend confirming if your device is paired to your Fitbit account by doing the following:

 

  1. Tap the Today tab, and tap your profile picture.
  2. If you don't see any device paired, tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.

I’m having the same problem. Tried the recommendations here and on the site. The only choices are calories,goal, track exercise, food, menstruated health(why? Never on there before and at 68 I certainly don’t need it!) mindfulness. I WANT STEPS! I haven’t looked at the app for a week or so, and some gremlin screwed it all up!
