Dashboard not updating sleep or hourly activity.

Recently (last week or so?) I've noticed that time slept and hours moved are not updating on the dashboard when I back up to previous days. The steps, miles, and active minutes  are all correct for today and previous days, but hours slept and hours moved show only today's data when I back up to previous days.  If I drill down into the detail all the data is shown correctly. I deleted and reinstalled the app on my iPhone 6s but still have the same problem.

Hello @SantaFeKate, I hope you're having a great day, it's great to see you around! Smiley Happy

The reason you're able to see the same information on the Sleep and Hourly step tiles is because when you swipe to check informaiton from previous days, the only tile that reflects that information is the Main Tile (steps, calories, distance, floors and active minutes). The other tiles only show "Today's" information. This is the normal behavior of the app.

In order to check information from previous days, please tap on the Sleep and Hourly steps tiles, you will be redirected to a new screen where you'll be able to see your previous days's logs. In here you can even compare your data with previous weeks as well, as it shows you a very complete graph. Please remember that you can tap on each tile to see their information from previous days as well.

I hope this can be helpful, if there's anything else I can do for you, please keep me posted.

I updated my Iphone to ios 11. Since I have done that my sleep tracker is not updating from day to day. it has been showing the same amount of sleep everyday since I updated. I re-installed the app and re-set my phone and still not working. Any suggestions?

My dashboard is not updating the sleep time from the graphs. The dashboard shows the same sleep time not matter what day I click back on. It is not changing each day. The graphs are correct. This just started happening and I can't fix it. In the past I could click back to previous days and was able to see the correct sleep time on the dashboard, but not now. Any help would be appreciated.

The dashboard doesn't change anymore for sleep hours and movement. I believe it may have sometime in the past, but now it doesn't. You need to click on the sleep icons or the movement icons to then go back and see previous days for those items. Steps, miles, calories, and minutes change in the dashboard when you click to previous days.

It used to up to a few days ago . Then I would ask Fitbit what is the point to show the hours of sleep on the Dashboard if one has to look at the graphs?
