I am NOT using a 3rd party app or manually inputting steps. All steps are with my Fitbit tracker. I have been trying all day to synchronize them with my challenges and it is not working.

My bad, sorry my friend @Brk1123Below are possible reasons for this issue:

1. Steps have fully synced to our database but you're not viewing the mobile app dashboard in Live Data Mode. (Live data mode would show the word "connected" under your tracker tile).
2. You're manually logging steps. Only steps recorded by your tracker or MobileTrack are counted toward challenges (as I've mentioned before).
3. You're using MobileRun to track GPS data with your app. Only steps recorded by a tracker or MobileTrack are counted toward challenges (as I've mentioned before).
4. You're in a different timezone than the challenge owner. The challenge begins and ends in the owner's timezone.

We also recommend waiting 15 minutes after syncing your Fitbit data to see if your challenge updates.

It's nice to see you around @Brk1123!  At this time only steps from your tracker count towards a challenge. That means manually logged activities and activities tracked through any third-party apps aren't included in your challenge total.

If you track a GPS activity using your mobile device and the Fitbit app (called a MobileRun) during a challenge, be sure to bring your tracker along; as long as you have your tracker with you, those steps will count towards your challenge totals.

If your tracker offers GPS, steps from GPS activities and non-GPS activities are both counted towards a challenge because you're wearing your tracker.

Hope this helps!

Apparently you didn't understand that I am NOT using any third party apps. The steps are not saving that are counting on my tracker when I sync it to my phone.

Apparently you didn't understand that I am NOT using any third party apps. How many times do I need to explain this?! The steps that are counting on my tracker are not saving on the app when I sync it to my phone. It's like you didn't even read my post!!
