Hello, wondering if you can help. My charge 5 stopped tracking kms. It records step counts but kms do not appear. Anything I should do to have this back to normal? Thanks, Sara

When will this issue be resolved...others have posted about this with no resolution.

Hi there, is there any update on this issue being fixed? Adjusting the stride let has not solved the issue for me and I am still clocking between 0-0.9km a day regardless of the amount of steps taken.

I am upset because I just started having this problem a week ago.  What is happening?
what is upsetting me the most?
14791steps and shoving me 0.23km Hardly believe that Fitbit is working on it to fix it this problem when happened to me now and some people started raving this problem months ago?

Yeah, the problem persists and there's nothing from Fitbit or Google. It's been over a month for me. It was a great product, but when there's no honor or integrity behind a product, it's disheartening. It's how product lines fade away. Kind of like a car recall, if it costs more to address the issue than ignore it, it's ignored.

Any update yet as to a proper fix/resolution?

Thanks in advance

This does not work for me. I am a runner and bought the Charge to track my distance covered in a day, walking and running. Please resolve this asap! Your workaround does not work (stride length).

Many of us have tried the proposed solution and it hasn’t worked. Others have tried and had some success for a very short while before it reverted back to the problem . The are several channels reporting the same issue a with many , many comments. This has gone on too long I’m afraid.

Hello!

I was able to turn off “stride length” by going to settings > exercise>
scroll all the way down to stride length and toggle it off. It then started
tracking my mileage. Not ideal, but I can now see miles walked. Fitbit
needs to fix this since so many people are having trouble.

FINALLY!!! As @Backpacker1979 suggested, I turned off my "stride length" and cleared both the walking and running lengths which did the trick! My Charge6 is finally auto-tracking distance again! Note that my Charge6 also had a firmware update 1-2 days ago which may have included the bug fix, but my auto stride length settings must have prevented distance tracking.

for me - no, its not working even if I toggle off all stride length. and its NOT the way how this problem should be fixed. It must be fixed by Fitbit team. at least we need to be updated about the situation. and they do nothing at the moment

Same here, it’s still not working for me either.
