Edits not saving when changing Reminders to move schedule.

When trying to set the start & end time for reminders to move, the select field jumps to a different value after a second. Trying to set the start time from 7 to 8 and it jumps to 7, 6, 5 etc after I have set it. Same problem with the end time. I cannot get it to save my desired times.

Have just tried editing the reminders and they are working as expected. When changing the either start or end time the new value is saved permanently.

Thanks.
