Welcome to our Community @Smittybitten! Thanks for stopping by! Smiley WinkI noticed @SteveH provided you with some suggestions to help you resolve your issue. I'd like to add that if after trying those steps it doesn't work, you can try the following:

 

1. Restart your tracker.
2. After your tracker has restarted, reboot your iOS device.
3. Open the Fitbit app to initiate a sync.
4. If you're still having trouble, set up your tracker as a new device by following these instructions. Note that when setting up your tracker as a new device, if you haven't synced in over 24 hours your activity data for previous days will be lost and only today's data will remain.
