Exclaimation mark appeared

My charge 2 is showing an exclamation mark ( ! ) and its stopping me accessing anything else. Any advice on how to clear it or what it means ?

Let me help you with your Fitbit. As a first step I recommend performing the restart 2 or 3 times in a row and keep an eye on it. If the issue persists you can try setting it up as a new device.
