Exercise calendar only showing two weeks. I've logged out and in but no change. I've uninstalled the app and reinstalled, still the same. What else can I do? This happened only recently when I updated the app. But i've since reinstalled but still only 2 weeks showing

It's nice to see you around @CherT! Hmmm....this is very strange let me say since we haven't heard issues like this. However, I'd recommend doing the following (some of the steps may be familiar to you, but try following one-by-one):

  • Log out of your Fitbit App
  • Force quit the App
  • Turn off the Bluetooth
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes
  • Turn on the Bluetooth
  • Log back into your Fitbit App

Keep in mind that we don't recommend uninstall the Fitbit App for iOS users since this may cause data loss.

Let me know if that helps!

Thanks. Somehow it got fixed by itself. I've got a new problem now though. My Surge wouldn't sync. I've removed the device and it could sync for that once but problem persists. I removed device again and now it can't even find my Surge. Happened only in the last one week that it was so slow to sync or couldn't sync at all. I've forced shutdown the Surge as well as my iPhone. I've shut and opened my Bluetooth countless times. My Flex 2 is syncing well. Just Surge is the problem. What now?

Thanks. Nope, steps in the article didn't work either. However, after trying like 20 times throughout the day to add the device, it suddenly did. Then couldn't sync at any other time except just once a day for the last two days. At random times. I think my Surge has a life of its own.

@MarreFitbit I have the calendar issue ongoing for few weeks now. Have uninstalled/reinstalled app multiple times. Resynced multiple times over various days. Restarted phone as well...sometimes i see full calendar when the band is syncing...after the sync calendar only shows two weeks of history. Any help is greatly appreciated!

Thanks for stopping by @Hflyer! This is very strange my friend, I have taken a look at mine and everything seems to be as it belongs to. Would you mind to send me a screen shot showing the only 2 weeks of history you're getting?

Thx for trying to help. Attached is the snapshot. As you can see the first weeks show no activity...the sexond week only shows activity for few days.

i have been active 4-5 days everyweek for at least 30 minutes. Right now it shows 1.5 weeks with missing data...please see two screen shots different data from the morning and evening screen shots

I see @Hflyer! Thanks for the screen shots provided! Would you mind trying what I suggested in this post? Don't reinstall your app, just do what I said there. Once you've completed those steps, try checking your history one more time.

@Ccook@LibrarianM0m Welcome both to the Community, thanks for stopping by.

Not being able to see your full exercise calendar is a known issue with our engineers and is currently being investigated, however, there is no timeline for a fix at this time.

One workaround is to scroll down and back up and you should then be able to see your full exercise progress on the calendar.

I'll update the thread once I hear more. Thanks for your patience!

I’ve been having this identical issue for as long as I can remember. My exercise calendar consistently looks back only two weeks. Is there a fix for this yet?
