I walk about 4-5 miles every day. The app always displayed a graph indicating time in each zone. I cannot post a picture of the graph because it is now missing from all my walks. The app has not updated, where did it go? I updated to charge 6 one month ago from charge 4, I noticed at that time the graphs were way out of whack from my charge 4 data with regards to time spent in each zone, previously most time was in fat burning zone, having reached it about 5 minutes into my walk. Now, sometimes, I skip fat burning entirely and seem to jump into max heart rate zone, which makes no sense as I only walking about 2 miles per hour.

I found my graphs on the website in my dashboard. I don’t understand why they keep removing features from the app?

Yes, the charts have always been on the website, but I rarely go there. I got a response from support this basically advising me to
1. log out the app and log back in
2. reboot my phone
3. uninstall the app and reinstall
Did all that, nothing changed. I did howver, change up my walking routine. Instead of letting the app autodetect my walk, I started it on my fitbit (charge 6) plus, I turned on the GPS in the fit bit versus having it utilize the iphone GPS. Bingo, after my walk I got the following data. (order is reversed due to the upload) My instinct for a solution is try turning on the GPS feature (if available on your fitbit, and see if the charts reappear) before doing what support suggested. Please advise if this works for anyone.

Same issue. This happened recently with my Versa 2 and now with my recently purchased Versa 4. No graphics, heart ranges, etc. I also cannot edit my exercise to indicate that actual workout. Very unfortunate this feature has been removed. I hope it is temporary and Google is looking to incorporate in the new design.

Hey grizz,
I experience the same issue (jumping into peak zone early in my walks) with my Charge 4. I take frequent 4 mile walks and average about 3.4 mph and consistently stay in fat burning mode other than spikes into the peak zone. So, the issue isn't specific to your Charge 6.

I have found the same issue and I really, really dislike it, however, I have noticed that if I wait a few hours and go back to the exercise, the heartrate zone information does eventually appear!
Additionally, the data is available on the website dashboard immediately after.
If this issue isn't fixed I will likely choose a different tracking device/app platform.

In the latest release of the Fitbit App on iPhone, there is no longer a heart rate graph included in the exercise activity detail. I am using a Charge 4. This was the most important metric that I tracked for my exercise. Why was it removed and can it be added back?

Agreed, I too hate the new "upgrade". I have gone back to my older workouts and still do not see any of the info they used to show in the app. If there are more upgrades like this I can start shopping for my next upgraded watch.

I have the same concern / complaint. I use a Luxe. Please reinstate it.

There’s no useful information in the app anymore. You have to log into the web dashboard to get useful information. Kind of a useless app now.

PLEASE bring back the heart rate chart for the exercise page!! And the breakdown of the activity zones during tracked exercise!! The was very useful information and now it’s gone!
in addition, how about bringing back the color rather than changing everything to monochrome!

Heather, you are so right! Terrible redesign. What's worse is that for swim tracking times appear only in round minutes....no seconds. Unbelievable! So as you turn on the afterburners in the last laps it's all for nought ....same tracking whether you swam 33 minutes and 25 seconds or 33 minutes and 45 seconds. Ridiculous. Also total swim yards no longer tracked. I'd love to have set in the product meetings when these boneheaded changes were approved ...no doubt to improve our experience!

Agreed! This is an awful redesign. The customer service chat tried to convince me how great it was. I just can't understand how a product team could let this happen; and it's not a snap decision. These types of redesigns take many months and have swarms of people working on and meeting on it and reviews. What it didn't have evidently is any user feedback or testing. Probably driven by some corporate megalomaniac who read a book about simple and elegant design or some such rubbish and this is what you get. We should all demand a roll back to prior version.

Thanks for your information. Glad it worked for you. Unfortunately, turning off iphone GPS and enabling it on my fitbit did not restore my graphs.

That didn’t work for me. I always start from my watch with GPS on and I know they got the GPS info because they sent it to Strava and I can see my map there! but the Fitbit app is not even giving me heart rate!
would really like a reply from Fitbit! if this isn’t going to be corrected I’m out of here. yes it would be the final log (it’s much more than a straw!)

I contacted fitbit support today to inquire about the missing data. Here is the response I received; not sure I'm going to hold my breath waiting though:
"Thanks for letting us know about the issue of the missing data on the Fitbit app. We’re currently working to resolve it and hope to have a fix soon."
