My exercise log keeps disappearing from the iOS app unless I manually scroll through slowly to refresh it. So my weekly exercise graph shows less than I've done, my exercise duration & all the other charts are the same - they're intermittently displaying my logged data. But when the information is visible & I go into the chart to see the full month, it vanishes again. I'm on the most recent version of the app.

Hmm this is pretty weird, could you please tell me how are you logging the activities? In the meantime please try to log out of the app - reboot your mobile device - log back in.
Let me know how it goes, I'll be around!
Best AnswerI'm logging them by using the Blaze to select exercise, or using the app to track walking, or some are automatically detected. Taken 17/06 22:05
Taken 17/06 22:06
Taken 17/06 22:07 after scrolling through list of exercises
Taken at the same time, 17/06 22:07
Taken immediately after, this is how my month view displays
These photos were taken within 3 minutes, the only thing I did was scroll through the logged exercise to refresh the charts & it then loses it once I go to the month view.
I will try your suggestion of rebooting & update.
Thanks
This was taken after the log out & reboot, it's still the same.
Edit: I have deleted and reinstalled the app, no change.
Best AnswerI am having the exact same problem. I have particularly noticed it with regards the distance recorded for the month. I have to scroll through my activities to get them to register on the graphs. When I then open the distance graph it will show my actual distance this month for a few seconds before then reverting to a lesser amount.
