Exercise maps blank

I am seeing a lot of blank (blue square and gray square with spinner) maps in my exercise log in the iOS app. They show the "Apple Maps" logo. In the web dashboard, they're also all blank, with the Google Maps logo. Is mapping broken?

This is with a Charge 2, Version 22.58.0 and iOS app version 3.20.1 (953).

Is there a fix for this yet as every time I go for a run my map is showing up as a blue square with a red dot in it. All other information is there but the map is not loading.

Hi

I have now been getting a blue screen instead of a map on the app for the last week.  I use a Charge 2.  Is this still an ongoing issue?

thanks

Hi @Ystayhome, thank you for your reply.

I appreciate your troubleshooting efforts. Our team has started releasing a new Fitbit app version 3.29. The updates come with new features and bug fixes and I recommend to update to that version and check if the issue persists.

Started happening to me (again)...  it seemed the version 3.29 solved the problem but 3.30 messed it up again.
