Fitbit Update 5/23
There is currently a bug where some iOS users see a red "(not synced)" error next to some of their exercise logs. Our team is aware and currently working on fixing this bug. Apologies for any inconvenience that this creates.
Please do not uninstall/reinstall the Fitbit App, uninstalling/reinstalling the Fitbit App could cause data loss. If possible, I would also recommend logging activities on Fitbit.com until a fix is available.

I've had the ChargeHR for 3 months, and overall I'm still very happy. When I go for a run, I always select "Track Exercise" from the iPhone app, then start the run. When done, I click finish. Most of the time, the run syncs fine with my Fitbit app...but on occasion, I get a "(not synced) Run" error, and the run never syncs with the app (phone or computer). The rest of the data syncs fine. Any advice on how to troubleshoot this one part? If it just happened once or twice, it'd be fine...but it's intermittent, and inconsistent....so it's kinda frustrating. Any advice? Thx in advance.

Thanks for being part of our Community @Jason90035! Sorry for the delayed response. Thank you for reporting this error you are getting from the Fitbit app. Since it has been a while, I would appreciate if you confirm you are experiencing the same issue with the most recent app version. I have moved your post to the iOS app board because it is more related to this topic. Catch you later!

Stating March 21, when I manually enter an exercise it says "(not synced)" next to the exercise. How do I get it to sync so that label goes away?
This is for a custom exercise I made ("workout with trainer"). It worked fine for 15 months, then suddenly started showing this on every entry.
If I click on the exercise (I use the iPhone app), I can sync the exercise. But as soon as I go back to the list, it's got the "(not synced)" label again.
Help! This is annoying the heck out of me.

This is happening to me too. Any exercise I initiate on my Charge HR band gets synced, but anything I enter manually through the iOS app shows the same red (not synced) message yours does. I've tried deleting and readding the workout, killing the app process, reinstalling the app, and restarting my phone. None of this works. I'm on an iPhone 6 running fully updated iOS 9.3.1 and Fitbit app 2.22.

I have the Charge HR. Both my iphone app and fitbit is completely up to date but twice now I've had the problem that a tracked run will not sync. I use the track exercise and hear the pace cues while I'm running. When I'm done I press the pink pause button and then green finish button and wait for it to "load activity stats..." but instead it comes up with a pink bar across the top saying "(!)Try again to sync". It will only tell me my distance, overall time, and average pace across the top. After trying to sync again several times over 4G and wifi nothing happens. My run forever stays "not synced" 😞
Here is a screenshot of what the app tells me.
As you can see from the second picture. My smart tracker picked up that I ran, but the two won't sync.
Please help! Thank you.

@Oscarvanbeek @PoojiDung @jtylka889 @porkstacker I've merged your posts into this this thread.
Out of curiosity does this same behavior happen on your Fitbit.com activity log?
Keep me posted!

Thanks for your input, Derrick.
The entries do not show up on my fitbit.com log at all.

I'm able to save and delete workouts from fitbit.com back to the app, but manually entered workouts from the app don't sync back to the web. I hardly ever go on the website though, my ideal use case is to manage my fitbit entirely from the iPhone app and use my computer/the website rarely or never.

Hi, I recently logged an activity with GPS using the Apple app for a 22k race. After I stopped the activity, it was trying to sync, but never did it successfully. I logout out and back in, and now it's completely gone. I'm wondering if there's a way to get it back? I'd like to push it to Strava, as it's done so well in the past, but I can't even find it anymore. Any help would be much appreciated! Thanks! Rob

I am facing the same problem. Expect that I have not logged out so, I see the run with map with (not synced) against the run.
Would love any help in making sure the run syncs.

Oops!! Spoke too soon. I problem just got solved. I was getting a red bar which "Try to sync again" and I kept clicking it over the past half hour.
Finally it synced for my last attempt when I gave up and posted this. 🙂
