Fitbit Update 9/19/16
This issue where users experience a red "(not synced)" error next to their exercise logs on the iOS App has been resolved with the release of iOS App version 2.27. Click here to update your App if you haven't already.
Thanks you for everybody's patience while we worked this one out!
Fitbit Update 5/23
There is currently a bug where some iOS users see a red "(not synced)" error next to some of their exercise logs. Our team is aware and currently working on fixing this bug. Apologies for any inconvenience that this creates.
Please do not uninstall/reinstall the Fitbit App, uninstalling/reinstalling the Fitbit App could cause data loss. If possible, I would also recommend logging activities on Fitbit.com until a fix is available.

Hi all,
This is a bug and our team is currently working to fix. I'll be sure to keep you guys updated as I receive more information.
In the meantime, please do not uninstall/reinstall the Fitbit App, this could cause data loss. I'd also recommend logging activities on Fitbit.com until a long-term fix is available.
Apologies for any potential inconvenience.

Hi Fitbit. I'm pretty PO'd about this issue. I was reading about fixing "not syncing" issues and followed directions on one and logged out of the app and logged back in only to find that the 2 Spartan Races I did over this weekend were deleted! 😠 Is there a way to get my workouts back and get them synced correctly?! If this data is lost I'm going to be pretty reluctant to use this app for tracking activities moving forward...

Same here (iPhone 4S) Updating to latest App Version (2.22.1) brings no help.
I use the fitbit-app to gps-track my bycicle-rides with my Charge HR (have to choose "walking" but this is another stupid story...) This worked without this error until 13th may.
Today I got 2 entries: one from the Charge-HR which autorecognizes cycling and my manually started exercise with gps info (which got the red "not synced" error) - additional data are missing here today!
Until today I ever got only 1 entry: my manually started gps-exercise with the merged hr-data.
Today directly after finishing the exercise the fitbit-app crashed - maybe some data got corrupted. But a crash was never a problem so far (the app crahes sometimes during recording an exercise with gps and then use the camera to take a photo - and then switch back to the fitbit-app).
(sorry: german language)

Ha!
Now it magically worked !
After trying to sync for the xxx-time, the app crashed!
Then after restarting it was synced!
On the website's dashboard there is now only 1 activity displayed (with all data merged).
At first the app still showed both entries until I forced a refresh of the days activities (go back and forth one day).
Maybe a temporary solution is to insistent force a resync... ?

I have exactly the same issue. I've tried syncing many times and no luck so far. It just says "not synced" on the exercise page and "loading activity stats" forever inside the execise. I used the GPS to run and now I don't know anything about my run.

Ever since the last update to the fitbit app, it will not sync the exercise. I have tried deleting the app and downloading it again, but it still will not work. This is very frustrating. Apparently Fitbit is aware of this issue, but does not seem to be doing anything?

Hi,
few days ago I have manually started a Tracked Excersise in my iPhone app to have also a GPS log of it. 2 days later this activity is still not synced to the dashboard.
I can see it in the Excersise list in my iPhone but there is a note saying it is not synced. If I go to the details of the activity there is a red bar on top of the map with "Try again to syc" and in the list below the map there is "Loading activity stats" for steps.
I should mentioned that the activity is almost 10 hours long walk with 50k+ steps so I suppose that it is quite big to sync but I am on WiFi so it should not be the problem. Also a "younger" activity with gps log from yesterday is synced fine.
Is there any solution to force the sync?
Thanks

Hi @PremekK
Have moved this thread from the Charge HR to the iOS section to increase the chance of getting a solution.
Your post will get more attention here.

I'm also having the same problems with the activity stats not loading. This has been an intermittent problem for about a month. Thought it was solved, but now experiencing issues again. Why is this taking so long to fix? I'm really getting frustrated!
