Fitbit Update 9/19/16
This issue where users experience a red "(not synced)" error next to their exercise logs on the iOS App has been resolved with the release of iOS App version 2.27. Click here to update your App if you haven't already.
Thanks you for everybody's patience while we worked this one out!
Fitbit Update 5/23
There is currently a bug where some iOS users see a red "(not synced)" error next to some of their exercise logs. Our team is aware and currently working on fixing this bug. Apologies for any inconvenience that this creates.
Please do not uninstall/reinstall the Fitbit App, uninstalling/reinstalling the Fitbit App could cause data loss. If possible, I would also recommend logging activities on Fitbit.com until a fix is available.

They should still be there as long as you do not log out of your account.

Same problem here.
I started a new exercice from the iOS application. I went for cycling, but selected "run" as there is no option for cycling.
Exercice was 40km long.
In the end, I end up with two exercices:
- 1) one was tagged as "run" and contain my GPS information. Only present in the iOS app. Marked as "not syncronised".
- 2) the other one was tagged (automaticaly) "cycling" and contains some stats. Present in the Web App.
If I export the second one (tagged "cycling") as TCX, the resulting file is empty.
I have activated the official Strava Export Application. No activity was syncronised in Strava.
Can you please give us some update on this bug ?
Are you working on it ?
Thanks in advance for your support
Bertrand

Can confirm this worked for me. I logged out of the app today, losing my 20km hike from Saturday, ugh. But successfully synced my 19km "run" (using run to track bike ride) tonight!

Seems to be working for me. Starting exercise tracking with the app, left the Charge alone. The GPS track & heart rate info synced up as one activity when done.

In answer, it is one and the same problem. The tracked exercise won't sync and the activity stats won't load. The map appears but the stats don't load. I did already uninstall and reinstall as recommend in another forum. It seems I have now lost my 13.13 mile walk giving me 334 flights. As you can imagine we are relying on you I.e Fitbit to be able to provide a service and is most disheartening when you have achieved an exercise success and then the result is not there to be seen. I endorse previous comments in this thread. What can be done to compensate please and what assurances do we have for the future. I am due to undertake a 15 mile walk at the weekend and want to be assured that once achieved it shall most certainly sync.
