I deleted the app and reinstalled, then synced it. This seems to have solved my issue.

Oddly, my sleep times are correct when I first get up,but change to some arbitrary daytime hours have I enter my treadmill steps! Guess I will go look for an update. The times on the program in my computer have never been affected--only in the app on my ipad.

Good news, after downloading the latest app for iOS my tracked walk appeared in a single screen including map, miles, pace, split times, calories burned and steps. We’re back to square one.
The bad news is that my heart rate is still not being plotted.
I first reported the missing heart rate during tracked exercise July 2019.
Are there any plans to ever correct this??

Just changed from Charge 2 to Charge 3 but experienced same problems with both so I believe it’s the app. Not accurate with step/miles and I’ve already adjusted my stride data. GPS logs exercise 5 hours ahead of time so no info is logged. It was possible to log exercise manually before but now it just doubles the incorrect info instead of overriding like it used to. Also cannot edit treadmill miles that are incorrect. Please tell me a fix is on the works!!!

LizzyFitbit--This seems to be working but the whole experience left a bad taste. Why didn't you weigh in more often expressing concern and assuring us that fitbit was working on this and it would be solved soon? We heard from you once early on and then radio silence. We spun our wheels exchanging fix ideas that couldn't possibly work given the software problem.

So true! Customer service would not even admit that it was a software issue. They had me send back my device for NO reason so i am without for probably a week when i depend on it for health information. This is my 2nd big issue with the Versa 2 and i just bought it this past November. Really thinking about being done with Fitbit

I have an iPhone 8 running OS 13.3.1. Uninstalled and reinstalled Fitbit
app. All is running correctly now. But it took too long to get it fixed.
Perhaps better testing should be done before performing app updates.

Will the incorrect historical data also be rectified?

When attempting to log exercise using the stopwatch icon, the message “Not Enough Data Available” appears. This occurs with both two different Inspire HR devices paired to different iPad devices

I’ve been experiencing this ever since the latest update. I log a run with my iPhone and as soon as I finish, all the data except for the time run goes to null. No miles, no pace, no calories. The gps map is still there showing the route, but the exercise is not logged. This is very frustrating. Is there an ETA on a fix?

Look in the App Store if you’re iOS user for the app. Don’t look at the pending updates. It should show an update after you look at the app in the App Store. Then you need to manually change manual workout times. They’re really not making this fix easy.

I have app version 3.15.1(925). I use the app on my phone with gps on and track my running. Last three runs all announce time and distance during the run but when activity is complete the record says “not enough data available” and counts the time as six hours later than actual activity. Mile splits and distance not logged, only total duration.
