Fit Bit Set Up

My mum recently was gifted a Fit Bit Versa 2 so gave her one to me. I factory reset the device and when trying to sync the Versa 2 for the first time to my phone I am having no luck what so ever. It just searches for the device for several minutes before saying try again or try a reset. Has anyone else had a similar issue and if so how was it corrected?

If after restarting your device and logging back in doesn’t resolve your Bluetooth issue then try this:

  • On your iPhone or iPad, go to Settings > Privacy > Bluetooth.
  • You should see a list of every app that requested Bluetooth access on your device.
  • Turn the switch on or off for each device.

Hello @snowy92

try logging out of your Fitbit app, force shut it be swiping up , then shut down and restart your device. Once it reloads try to again log into the Fitbit app and see if that doesn’t solve the issue.

😃 please let me know if this solves your issue.
