Fit bit versa doesn’t receive text notifications

After updating iOS 13 my versa does not receive any text notifications but receives phone call notification. Did every step on the Fitbit trouble shooting for this and still i can’t get any text notifications. My next step is to call customer service

Im sorry to see your not receiving any notifications. Currently this is a known issue and the Fitbit Team is working on a fix. I do not have a timeframe on when this fix will come. But in the meantime you can keep an eye on this thread here: https://community.fitbit.com/t5/iOS-App/Stopped-seeing-notifications-after-updating-to-iOS-13/td-p/3...

Here you can find updates, tips and possible workarounds that may help you notifications issue while a fix is being worked on.

It’s making me crazy! I bought my Versa so I could see texts. Just as I got use to it, the update happened and bam! When I got a new update a week ago, I was hoping it was fixed. Nope! I came here hoping I would see a fix. I’ll go follow that link that was provided and watch for a fix. Thanks for posting the question!
