So far today my Charge 2 says I have taken over 48000 steps. I am getting emails on the hour congratulating me on my achievements. I took over 20000 steps while I slept. I am wearing Fitbit on my left hand ( I am right handed) it was on me all night and day. Is mine faulty?

Hi @shinekathy Sorry to hear you were running in your sleep. 😉 I can't say I've seen this issue before. My first response would be the old tried and true, please restart your tracker, restart the phone app and sync. You can find information about restarting your tracker HERE.
If the restart doesn't stop the over counting of steps, my next suggestion would be to contract customer support.
Fingers crossed the restart does the trick.
