No idea what is happening but as of yesterday, I can no longer use the Fitbit app on my iPhone 12 unless I am on a wifi network. If I am on the 5G/LTE network, it immediately tells me "No Internet - go online to sync." It acts as if there is no Internet connection, despite allowing Cellular data to be used for the app.
Yes, I updated the app today. I had previously deleted it and reinstalled it. I also did a reset on my Fitbit. Nothing does the trick.
I have a Versa, and have had this old device since 2019, plus the app. This is the first time this is happening so their reason via Chat that it's somehow my data is false. Something is clearly wrong with the app -- perhaps it is related to the newest iOS update on the iPhone? I just don't know. Ugh.
