My blaze will not update when I press on the pink bar. It starts then jumps back to the dashboard, saying update available. And it will not allow me to sync. The date and time info is incorrect . I have restarted phone, turned bluetooth on and off, deleted app and re-installed etc etc. but no joy. Any advice please?

I am also facing the same Issue, my Blaze won't sync, then I removed it, tried to set up again, won't connect, tried resetting the tracker still won't connect to the app, wrong time displayed on the tracker, so frustrating
I have tried all of the suggested steps, including removing the Blaze from my account. Cannot get it to reconnect. Now I am going to try a factory reset. Never had this much trouble with FitBit.
Wish someone from support would answer these questions mine is the same too. Date is wrong. It's fully charged in the cradle but when I try to update or synch it it says battery is low. Have tried all the above suggestions too. Very frustrating 😡😡😡
I think I found the answer in the release notes. Turned device off, restarted device, forgot device from my phone. It updated the clock and synced. Now waiting on the update to complete. I think I went to the end of this question, but if you look at the pinned answer at the beginning, or on another board you will see instructions.

Best AnswerI'm in the same boat with everyone here. I tried everything to update my Fitbit and then finally removed the device from my app. I can get as far as the PIN number too and then it just spins and spins searching to add it. Please take care of this asap!!!
I had the same trouble I got to the stage where it nearly went out the bloody window 😂😂 I uninstalled the fitbit, the app app from my phone, switched Bluetooth off then on again, phone on and off and god knows what else too. Got too the same stage as you with the PIN number just not working and then just as I was about to give up it went to the next stage and updated. All working now. But haven't a clue what bit I did sorted it. Just hope it doesn't do it again as it definitely will end up going. Through the window 😀
